August 2014 – 116,000 accounts affected

In August 2014, the Pokemon Creed website was hacked and more than 116,000 accounts were stolen including information about the user's email addresses, genders, IP addresses, passwords and usernames.
In August 2014, a video game forum website called Pokemon Creed was breached by a competitor website, Pokemon Dusk. The breach was announced on Facebook by the hacker, Cruz Dusk. In total, 116,000 members' accounts were compromised, including their usernames, passwords, IP addresses, website activity and email addresses. This is apparently not the first time that this website has been hacked. Members are encouraged to change their passwords and any other accounts that shared that password.
