In June 2014, the SEO forum website BlackHatWorld.com, was breached by a hackedr who stole sensitive data from 750,000 users including dates of birth, email addresses, Instant Messenger IDs, IP addresses, passwords and usernames.
The website was able to keep the hack relatively quiet, but did advise all of its members to reset their account passwords.
